Ormskirk Roadworks cause chaos

DRIVERS face delays over the next few weeks after part of the ring road in Ormskirk was closed on Monday. United Utilities are carrying out work along Derby Street West to improve electricity supplies to Ormskirk, Scarisbrick and Tarleton.
