NATASHA Louise Mcnair, 20, of Fairstead, Skelmersdale was charged with stealing £50 from Andrew Carey on December 28, She was also charged with stealing four hair dyes, three packs of KitKats, a bottle of vodka and two cups from Home Bargains on September 4.

NATASHA Louise Mcnair, 20, of Fairstead, Skelmersdale was charged with stealing £50 from Andrew Carey on December 28, She was also charged with stealing four hair dyes, three packs of KitKats, a bottle of vodka and two cups from Home Bargains on September 4.

Mcnair was charged with beating Kane Smith at Skelmersdale on December 28 and with having a kitchen knife in her possession also on December 28. Mcnair has not yet entered a plea for any of the offences and is due to appear at Liverpool Crown.

HELEN Louise Holt, 26, of Windrows, New Church Farm, Skelmersdale appeared before Ormskirk Magistrates on December 30 charged with benefit fraud by refusing to declare she was living with Stephen Smith as husband and wife on March 2, 2011. Holt has entered a plea of not guilty and the case has been adjourned until February 11 at Ormskirk Magistrates Court.

PHILIP Burton, 50, of Heathland, Up Holland appeared before Ormskirk Magistrates charged with beating a woman on December 8 at Skelmersdale. Burton has not yet entered a plea and has been remanded on conditional bail.
