Big Day For Young Bowlers at Botanic Gardens

ON SUNDAY, June 2 the Botanic Gardens bowling greens in Churchtown, Southport will have their busiest day of the season when the Botanic club again hosts Youth & Junior matches of the Federation of Crown Green Bowls. The local team of Ormskirk & West Lancashire will be hoping to build on the success they had in the last round of matches in Barrow-in-Furness early in May. They will compete against visiting teams from Rochdale and Furness.Read
