Lathom High students make memorial plaque for Birch Green Care Home

Two students from Lathom High were invited to Birch Green Care Home

On November 14, two students from Lathom High were invited to Birch Green Care Home. The Care home has created a Garden of Remembrance for their residents.

Harry Kolokotrone and Aiden Parker, both Year 10 students, had created a plaque to be placed in the garden. They made the plaque at West Lancashire Learning and Training Centre which they attend two days a week.

Other people present with the boys were Debbie Stock, Lathoms Community Officer and Richie Stephens their tutor from TLC.

The residents have said that they were extremely impressed with how smart the students were and how well-mannered they were.
