HALSALL St Cuthbert’s Primary School has raised over £2,000 for Cancer and Leukaemia in Children (CLIC).
The school sold tickets to their Christmas Cracker concerts and the special reception Nativity show.
Also, the school’s PTFA organised raffles at each performance.
Doug Scholes, Halsall St Cuthbert’s headteacher, commented: “The children were fantastic and sang and danced their little hearts out.
“The staff did amazing work with the scenery, the costumes and dance choreography.
“We’ve been touched by cancer this year, so there was a strong feeling we should help raise funds for CLIC. Everyone has been so generous, it’s very humbling.”
