JEFFERY Noone, 38, of Lea Crescent, Ormskirk, pleaded not guilty to criminal damage at Ormskirk Magistrates Court on September 23.
Noone is alleged to have destroyed a headboard, mattress, flat screen TV and various clothes to the value of £100 belonging to Cheryl Dillon intending to destroy or damage such property.
The case has been adjourned to September 24 at Ormskirk Magistrates Court.
PETER Innes, 55, of Woolfall Crescent, Liverpool, pleaded guilty to stealing two beef joints from Morrisons in Ormskirk to the value of £42.68.
Innes was fined £75 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 by Chorley magistrates.
JOHN Cowan, 33, of Seaforth Road, Liverpool, was charged with taking a Renault Megane Scenic on June 19 without the owner’s consent and driving it without insurance on Delph Lane and Blackamore Lane.
The case was adjourned until September 24 at Ormskirk Magistrates Court.
