BERYL Johnson,78, of Carroll Crescent, Ormskirk, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Fiesta while being three times over the legal alcohol limit.
Johnson drove the car along Carroll Crescent on July 18.
She was fined £180, ordered to pay costs of £85 and disqualified from driving for 23 months.
The pensioner was sentenced outside of the guidelines because of a full clean driving licence, short distance travelled, early guilty plea and age.
TIMOTHY Lee Kirkham, 39, of Haywood Road, Liverpool, pleaded guilty to carrying a screwdriver, head torch, balaclava and gloves for use in a theft in Burscough on July 20.
He also admitted stealing a car radio and solar garden lights worth £60 on the same date.
He was given a 22-week sentence, suspended for two years, and had a curfew imposed on him for six months by Ormskirk Magistrates on September 24.
He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85.
MARTIN Burbage, 45, of Whalley Drive, Aughton, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Focus on Northway, Skelmersdale, without a driving licence or insurance on May 9.
He also pleaded guilty to driving while using a mobile phone on May 9.
South Ribble Magistrates disqualified Burbage from driving, ordered him to pay £50 costs and a victim surcharge of £29 on September 26.
