THE Skelmersdale Advertiser’s campaign to Crackdown on Crime gathers pace this week as we ask for your help in solving more crimes.

Police have received phonecalls from the public in relation to incidents we have featured over the last two weeks.

Now we are publishing instalment number three of our round up of unsolved crimes in the town.

We have joined forces with the police to catch these criminals in a bid to make our town a better place.

We are urging members of the public to get involved by telling officers anything they know about these crimes.

They can call the police on 0845 1 25 35 45.

Images one and two relate to thefts from the Co-op store in Westgate, Skelmersdale.

The first one took place at 8.30am on July 8 and involved someone stealing food items. Officers are looking for a male offender.

The second image is connected to the theft of packs of assorted meats including beef and lamb worth a total of £25.

Police say the incident took place at 4.08pm on January 27 last year and are looking for a male offender.
