Glenburn Students Wow With Bugsy Malone!

The staff and students of Glenburn Sports College are still reeling from last week's performance which treated a full house to a spectacular performance of Bugsy Malone! The production was fast and furious and the 'actors' seemed to really enjoy themselves. it was really professionally produced and the students (who are all only aged 15) were outstanding - to change their dialect to a New York Bronx American drawl and keep it up to an extremely high standard throughout the performance was a real marvel.
 
The staging, music and lighting were to a really high standard, the pace of the scene changes added to the drama and the costumes were just out of this world!
 
A review from one member of the audience:   "Bugsy has been long been one of my favourite musicals and  I have watched the film at least 30 times.  I was delighted by the school performance of this show. I think the Glenburn version of the 'Splurge Gun' using silly-string guns really added to the fun of the evening!  Well done Miss Harrison and the Glenburn students."
