Lathom High School students visit BT site

Lathom high school students: Jamie, Haydn, Declan,Owen, Rebekah, Shona, Hannah, Lewis.

LATHOM High School students were invited to attend BT’s pilot World of Work event. Eight students in Year 10 were selected to attend.

The event took place on November 28th on BT’s site in Sandy Lane. The event was arranged and hosted by Angela Hennessey-Ball and Nikki Baybutt.

The students were all shown around the exchange and allowed to listen in with members of staff to live phone calls.

Angela Hennessey-Ball quoted “They were all a credit to themselves and real ambassadors for the school. They were amazing!”
