DAVID Alan Morris, 41, of Tongbarn, Skelmersdale, appeared at Ormskirk Magistrates court on December 2 and pleaded guilty to destroying a garden gate, back door, chest of drawers, bedroom door and hair straighteners to the value of £500 belonging to a woman on September 28.
Morris was given a community order and was made to pay £80 costs and a victim surcharge of £60.
THOMAS Joseph O’Callaghan, 19, of Enstone, Skelmersdale, appeared before Ormskirk Magistrates on November 26 charged with committing an act of indecency by urinating within the view of residents at Moorgate on October 19. O’Callaghan is yet to enter a plea and the case was adjourned until further witness statements could be provided.
MARK Kenneth Lyon, 28, of Carfield, Skelmersdale appeared before Ormskirk Magistrates on November 26 charged with beating a woman on September 29 and with using threatening behaviour towards Luke Collins on the same day. Lyon pleaded not guilty and has been remanded on bail until his trial on January 24.
PAUL John Moores, 27, of West Park Close, Skelmersdale, pleaded not guilty to possessing 149.1 grams of cocaine on August 2. He was sent for trial at Liverpool Crown Court.
