A MAN has appeared in court charged with numerous counts of possessing indecent images of children and bestiality.
David Wynn, 45, of Windrows, Skelmersdale appeared before Ormskirk Magistrates on December 24 facing 11 charges.
Wynn was charged with having 14 indecent images of children in his possession on October 12 2012, with making an indecent video of a child between April 25 and October 12 2012 and with making an indecent image of a child between May 3 and October 12 2012.
Wynn was also charged with possessing six indecent images of children on October 12, and with making two indecent images of children between October 3 and October 12.
Some of the images he is alleged to have possessed fall within the highest category of offences against children.
As well as possessing images of children Wynn was also charged with possessing three extremely pornographic images that depicted bestiality between April 25, 2012 and October 12 2012.
Wynn has not entered a plea for any of the above offences and has been given conditional bail before his trial takes place at Liverpool Crown Court on April 22.
Wynn is to have no contact with children under the age of 18 unless approved by social services in writing whilst on bail.
Wynn also pleaded guilty to possessing 6.96gs of MDPV, a class B drug, he was fined £70, costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.
