A CHARITABLE businessman is planning to expand his Skelmersdale-based commercial and domestic cleaning company while continuing to raise money for Millie Heaton.
Pulizia Solutions’ new premises is set to open on February 1 at Unit 1, Greetby Place, East Gillibrand.
The business has gone from strength to strength after re- branding last May.
Tony Tennant and his team now offer a full cleaning service, including carpet, mattress, portable upholstery and woodwork cleaning.
They will even do your ironing.
Mr Tennant said: "With the business expanding, I will continue to raise money for the Millie Heaton Appeal.
“We have already raised another £350 for Millie, but we want to increase this to £1,000 before handing it over.
“I plan to put charity boxes around the shop and I will contribute £5 for every £30 spent in store.”
Tony pledges to donate a minimum of £20 from every commercial clean, and £5 from all domestic cleaning jobs to the Millie Heaton Fund.
Millie, two, is currently battling stage four neuroblastoma, a childhood cancer which started with a stomach tumour and spread to her bone marrow.
The Skelmersdale toddler might also need immunotherapy treatment which can cost up to £500,000.
Millie’s auntie, Diane Clarke, said: “We are thrilled to have the support of local businessman Tony Tennant and it is fantastic that his company, Pulizia Solutions Limited, will be donating money from its cleaning jobs to the Millie Heaton Appeal.
“It really does mean a lot to us to know that business people from across our region are digging deep for Millie.”
