SHARON Tracey Caudill, 34, of Banksbarn, Skelmersdale, appeared before Ormskirk magistrates on January 17, charged with stealing three bio oils and six berrocas to the value of £72, belonging to Wilkinson’s on January 13 at Skelmersdale.
She pleaded guilty and was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment suspended for 12 months. Caudill also had to pay a victim surcharge of £80.
STEVEN Anthony Willoughby, 20, of no fixed abode, appeared before Ormskirk magistrates on January 17, charged with possession of cannabis on October 30 at Skelmersdale.
He pleaded guilty and was given a six-month conditional discharge.
Willoughby also admitted damaging a police cell belonging to Lancashire Constabulary to the value of £40 on November 1 at Skelmersdale.
He also pleaded guilty to threatening David Jones on November 4 at Skelmersdale
Willoughby was sentenced to a community order and ordered to pay compensation of £40 and a victim surcharge of £20.
GREGG Nicholson, 21, of Potter Close, Skelmersdale, was ordered by Ormskirk magistrates on January 20 to pay a fine of £645.47 which was imposed on him on September 20, 2011.
Nicholson was ordered to pay £40 a month commencing on Feb 17.
