DEREK GOULDING is working to try and eradicate the mistakes which have seen Burscough fall to back-to-back defeats.
The Linnets have opened their Evo-Stik First Division North season with losses to New Mills and Northwich Victoria with Goulding saying "individual errors" have been largely to blame.
Goulding was encouraged with the Greens' second half performance against Vics on Tuesday night at Victoria Park and insist there is no need to panic at this early stage in the season.
But the manager insists such errors must be addressed in time for the weekend's trip to Prescot Cables.
"For the first 25 minutes I would say that Northwich ran the show," said Goulding.
"Whether it was because they started brightly or because we were slow out of the blocks, I'm not sure, but we managed to claw our way back into it and built on that.”
