George Donnelly and Craig Noone return to Skelmersdale United - in pre-season friendly

GEORGE Donnelly and Craig Noone are set to return to Skelmersdale United this summer – in a pre-season friendly.

The pair will be part of a Plymouth Argyle squad that travel to the Skem and Ormskirk College Stadium on Saturday July 18 to take on Tommy Lawson’s United side.

Championship side Argyle are to bring a full strength squad and Noone and Donnelly will feature at some stage in the game.

A week later Blue Sqaure North outfit Fleetwood Town will test their preparations for promotion to non-league’s top tier by facing Skem.

The Cod Army test is followed up by the short trip to neighbours Burscough on Saturday August 1.

All games kick off at 3pm.
