Osb U-12s 14
Newtown 0
OSB’s goal feast continued with another fine display of attacking football.
Some fantastic goals went in but credit must go to Newtown who never gave in and played some good football themselves. Osb’s goal scorers were Alex (4). Simon (4), JJ (2), Joe (2), Clayton and Jack.
OSB FC U-10s 2
OSB JFC 0
A FRANTIC, fast paced first half saw chances at both ends. But the deadlock was broken when sub Lewis passed a lovely ball through the middle to Jack who placed the ball past the keeper to put FC in the lead.
Charlie was denied by the post when the JFC keeper stretched to get a hand his powerful left foot shot. Equally up to the task, FC’s keeper made a number of brave stops at the feet of the opponents. Then a corner for FC was sweetly headed home by Owen to complete the day’s scoring.
