SKEM Athletic Girls under-12s didn’t take long to open the scoring against Euxton, going ahead after only four minutes and adding a second minutes later.

Athletic continued to press the Euxton defence, firing home a third goal shortly before the break.

Skem continued to mount relentless attacks on the Euxton back line in the second period, adding a fourth goal.

Against the run of play, Euxton pulled a well taken goal back.

With renewed focus, coupled with a strong and resolute defensive back line, Athletic surged forward with pace.

The strikers capitalised, scoring a further three goals before the final whistle to seal a great 7-1 win.

The goal scorers for Skem Athletic were Abigail Lynott, Gabrielle Buckley, Leah Duffey and Laura Butler.
